We've launched a new brand identity. Here's the story behind it.

Today Cavu looks different. But the more interesting part is why.

For years, different parts of the market have known different parts of us. Some know Escape Lounges. Others know our e-commerce platform, or the global distribution network that connects airports and travel brands to millions of passengers. Very few have known all three or that they're all the same business.

That's what this new brand identity is really about.

Three capabilities. One brand.

Cavu Commerce is our e-commerce and revenue management platform, built specifically for the airport passenger journey. Cavu Connect is our global distribution network, helping airports and product providers reach passengers through trusted travel brands and partner channels. Cavu Lounges designs, builds and operates airport lounge experiences, including Escape Lounges, named Global Lounge of the Year at the 2026 Priority Pass Excellence Awards.

They've always been part of the same business. Now they look like it.

The problem we were built to solve

Global passenger volumes have recovered fully from the pandemic. Revenue per passenger hasn't, it's lower today than it was in 2017 (non-aeronautical revenue).

The reason isn't that passengers are spending less. It's that airport services are still too often booked separately, priced on static models and managed through systems that don't talk to each other. Revenue gets left behind not through any particular failing, but because the architecture isn't set up to capture it.

Passengers who bundle two or more products spend up to four times more than those who book just one.

Where we come from

Cavu was founded by Manchester Airports Group to commercialise what it had already proven inside its own airports, and help other clients around the world unlock the same revenue potential.

MAG's airports deliver over two times the global average in non-aeronautical revenue per passenger. That performance comes from decades of understanding how passengers book, what influences their decisions, and what it takes to connect those moments commercially.

Everything Cavu builds starts from that foundation.

In Nick Woods' (Cavu Managing Director) words: "Being founded by an airport group is what makes Cavu different. Everything we build is shaped by real operational needs and passenger behaviour, proven inside major airports before it reaches a single client."

What comes next

The brand is new. The ambition isn't. We exist to help airport, airlines, parking operators and travel brands unlock revenue across the passenger journey. We'll be at ACI-NA in September and the World Aviation Festival in October. If you'd like to talk, come and find us.
