CAVU scales up its Global Travel Marketplace with the acquisition of Parkos
CAVU's latest strategic acquisition significantly expands its presence in the European airport parking market and beyond
CAVU has acquired Parkos, a leading European platform for comparing and booking airport parking, in its latest step towards revolutionising the global travel experience.
This strategic acquisition significantly expands CAVU’s presence in the European airport parking market and beyond, bolstering its offerings with Parkos’ innovative technology and extensive partnerships across Europe. Founded in the Netherlands, Parkos has built a reputation for simplifying the airport parking process by offering travellers easy-to-use comparison and booking tools, partnering with over 1000 parking providers across 15 countries.
As CAVU continues its journey to becoming the global leader in airport products and services, this partnership represents a crucial milestone as it expands the scale of its Global Travel Marketplace. “We’re thrilled to take this next step in our growth journey with Parkos,” said Martin Jones, CAVU’s CEO. “The addition of Parkos allows us to accelerate innovation, elevate our services, and reinforce our position as a market leader.”
Arne Bos, Co-founder of Parkos alongside Peter Bosma, added: “We are confident that through this acquisition, we will realise tremendous synergies in the future and be able to serve our customers even better together. Both companies have the same focus on innovation, customer orientation, and delivering high-quality solutions for travellers.”
Founded in 2014, Parkos has rapidly established itself as a leader in the airport parking comparison sector, serving over 4 million customers worldwide. The Parkos team brings valuable expertise in the airport parking industry, enhancing CAVU’s offerings with their deep understanding of customer needs and preferences. The company will continue to operate under the Parkos brand while benefiting from CAVU’s expertise, shared values, and access to new markets and technologies.
This acquisition follows CAVU’s purchase of ParkVia last year, further solidifying its leadership in the global airport parking sector.
